Shares of Quepasa (Nasdaq: QPSA) on the move following an intraday Form 8-K filing which discloses CEO John Abbott, speaking on a rebranding conference call, said the company is expecting positive EBITDA by the end of 2012.
The stock is still down 6.4 percent to $4.12, but off a session low at $4.03.
