(AMEX: UEC) intends to offer and sell to the public in the United States and Canada an aggregate of up to 5,560,000 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value per share, at a negotiated price of $3.60 per Share for gross proceeds of up to $20,016,000, before deducting placement agents' fees and estimated offering expenses.
