Kayne Anderson Midstream/Energy Fund (KMF) Raises Quarterly Distribution 1.8% to $0.425; 6.2% Yield

Kayne Anderson Midstream/Energy Fund (NYSE: KMF) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.425 per share, or $1.7 annualized. This is a 1.8% increase from the prior distribution of $0.4175.

The distribution will be payable on April 26, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 20, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of April 18, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 6.2 percent.
