Needham & Company Maintains a 'Buy' on Viacom (VIAB); Q2 Preview

Needham & Company maintains a 'Buy' on Viacom (NASDAQ: VIAB) price target of $63.00.

Analyst, Laura Martin, said, "For VIAB’s FY2Q12, we make no changes to our estimates with revenue of $3.319B (up 2% y/y), Operating Income of $860mm (up 13% y/y) and Operating EPS of $0.90 (up 26% y/y)...For FY12, we maintain our estimates of revenue of $14.719B (down 1% y/y), Operating Income of $3.99B (up 3% y/y), and Operating EPS of $4.31 (up 14% y/y)."
