Shares of Groupon (Nasdaq: GRPN) have fallen about 11 percent in Friday's after-hours session following revised fourth-quarter and FY11 results. The company said its 2011 financials include a material weakness. Groupon did, however, reaffirms its fourth-quarter outlook.
