KeyBanc maintains a 'Buy' on Worthington Industries (NYSE: WOR) price target raised from $21 to $23.

Analyst, Mark L. Parr, said, "Following Worthington's 3Q12 (February) results, we remain confident in the Company's long-term transformation efforts to enhance shareholder value via reduced earnings volatility, increased free cash flow, and enhanced strategic asset portfolio management."

"We are increasing our FY13 EPS estimate to $2.15 (from $2.00) vs. the Street's
$1.97 due to a solid pick-up in expected joint venture income."

Parr thinks WOR shares should outperform metal&mining and highlights 3 points including: 1) rejuvenated focus on shareholders; 2) diversifying profit streams; and strategic portfolio asset mgmt.
