Cantor Fitzgerald Starts BrandyWine (BDN) at Buy; Growth Through Acquisitions

Cantor Fitzgerald initiates coverage on BrandyWine (NYSE: BDN) with a Buy. PT $12.00.

Analyst, Sri Nagarajan, said, "We expect that the company’s portfolio will continue to experience positive net absorption, driving occupancy to 90.5% and 92.0% in 2012 and 2013, respectively, from the current 86.5%.We expect that this leasing will provide for the majority of Brandywine’s future earnings accretion, as we don’t expect that acquisitions (other than within a joint venture) and development to be utilized in the near term."
