Deer Consumer Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: DEER) 47.5% HIGHER; reported 2011 net income of $1.18 per share, from 90 cents in 2010. Revenue rose 29 percent to $226.75 million, from $175.85 million in the same period last year.

OptimumBank Holdings (Nasdaq: OPHC) 36.0% HIGHER; shares are continuing sharply higher after breaking above the $1 level earlier this week. The stock is now up nearly 250 percent since Friday's close.

Idera Pharma (Nasdaq: IDRA) 28.8% HIGHER; the stock is breaking above resistance at $1.50 today. Volume is very heavy.

Chelsea Therapeutics (Nasdaq: CHTP) 27.3% LOWER; shares are getting slammed Thursday morning, following an update to its Northera (droxidopa) Capsules NDA submission to the FDA. Click here to see the full report.

Galena Biopharma (Nasdaq: GALE) 18.0% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.15).

Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT) 17.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.29, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $297 million versus the consensus estimate of $291.2 million. Sees Q1 adj-EPS of 25-27 cents on sales of $307-$311 million. The Street is looking for Q1 EPS of 27 cents on sales of $306.2 million. Sees FY13 adj-EPS of $1.16-$1.20, vs. the consensus of $1.15, sales of $1.34-$1.36 billion, vs. the consensus of $1.3 billion.

Saba (Nasdaq: SABA) 17.8% LOWER; announced that it is delaying its third quarter fiscal year 2012 earnings release and investor conference call to allow the Company additional time to complete an internal review of the accounting treatment of certain international transactions. Upon completion of the internal review, the Company plans to release earnings concurrently with the filing of its Form 10-Q. Once that date is finalized, Saba will schedule an investor conference call to discuss the financial results for the period. The Company previously announced it would issue an earnings release after market close on March 29, 2012.

Accretive Health (NYSE: AH) 15.1% LOWER; announces a pact to resolve issues with the Attorney General in Minnesota. The company is expect FY12 sales to be hurt by about $62-$68 million related to the pact.

KIT digital (NAsdaq: KITD) 13.7% HIGHER; a Roth Capital analyst suggested a sale of the company might be underway.

SouFun Holdings (NYSE: SFUN) 9.7% LOWER; the stock broke below the 200-day SMA at this morning's open. Volume is about average to slightly lower than normal.

Amyris (Nasdaq: AMRS) 9.2% LOWER; with crude oil continuing to tumble today (down more than 2 percent to nearly below $103/barrel), alt-energy stocks are moving lower.
