Goldman Sachs downgraded Higher One (NYSE: ONE) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $15 citing reduced near-term visibility.

"Given management’s commentary of weaker near-term visibility, we see downside risks to management’s 2012 outlook, with the “waterfall” build of the model now also expected to weigh on our 2013-2014 outlook."

The firm reduced 2012-2014 EPS to $0.83/$0.98/$1.14.
