Plug Power Inc. (Nasdaq: PLUG) has completed the previously announced underwritten public offering of 13,000,000 shares of its common stock. The shares were sold at a price to the public of $1.15 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $15.0 million.
Net proceeds, after underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated fees and expenses payable by Plug Power were approximately $13.6 million.
