Dahlman Rose upgraded Overseas Shipholding Group (NYSE: OSG) from Sell to Hold.
Dahlman analyst said, "We are upgrading OSG based on its exposure to the crude and refined product tanker spot markets. Our current NAV assessment of $1.40 has upside to $15 by year-end 2012. While the company has significant upside potential to a market reversal, we are maintaining a more conservative stance on the shares as management is currently evaluating options to enhance its liquidity position."
