Oxford Industries, Inc. (NYSE: OXM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on April 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 13, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 11, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
