Goldman Sachs updated its model on McKesson (NYSE: MCK) to include contribution from the Katz Group acquisition. The firm adds $0.15 and $0.20 to FY2013 and FY2014 EPS forecasts versus management's expectations for $0.10 to $0.20 accretion in the 12 months post the close, pushing them at Street-high EPS estimates to $7.50 and $8.30.
"Importantly, we believe the deal-close will put more focus on FY2013 numbers, in which we now estimate 15% growth in what will be a banner generic launch year for MCK," the analyst said.
The firm reiterated their Conviction Buy List rating and price target of $103.
