AdCare (ADK) Announces Common Offering

AdCare Health Systems, Inc. (AMEX: ADK) will file a preliminary prospectus supplement to a shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed public offering of shares of AdCare's common stock in an underwritten public offering.

Noble Financial Capital Markets is acting as the lead underwriter for the offering.
