Raven Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: RAVN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on April 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 5, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
