Barclays Maintain an 'Underweight' on Pengrowth Energy Trust (NYSE: PGH) price target of $11.00.
Analyst, Grant Hofer, said, "Although NAL adds depth and visibility to PGF's asset base, our 2013 production forecast grows by just 60% of the acquired volumes (up 16,700 boe/d vs. NAL's production of 28,200 boe/d) driving a declining cash flow profile that may weigh on the stock."
