Jefferies cut its price target on Hold-rated USEC Inc. (NYSE: USU) from $1.75 to $1.25 following Q4 results.
The firm comments, "After USEC's Q4 earnings release, with its $127m write-off of prior work on centrifuges and discussion of weak demand, falling contract services revenues, and the possible closure of Paducah, we are shifting our model to a scenario where USEC transitions to a much smaller operational structure primarily selling Russian SWU. We reiterate our Hold rating."
The firm raised FY12 EPS from $0.20 to $0.31.
