KIT digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: KITD) 23.9% LOWER; today announced that its chief executive officer, Kaleil Isaza Tuzman, will assume the role of chairman and Barak Bar-Cohen, currently the company's chief administrative officer, will assume the role of interim CEO while the company conducts a search -- internally and externally -- for a permanent CEO. These changes will be effective on March 31, 2012.

Camelot Information Systems (NYSE: CIS) 21.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.06, versus $0.24 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $59.7 million, versus $60 million reported last year. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $57 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $266 million.

Bacterin International Holdings (NYSE: BONE) 20.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.11), $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $9.5 million.

GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (NYSE: GSB) 13.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.03), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $5.6 million.

Overland Storage Inc. (Nasdaq: OVRL) 13% LOWER; announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,200,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $2.00 per share. Overland has also granted to the underwriter a 30-day option to acquire an additional 480,000 shares to cover overallotments in connection with the offering. Overland expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $5.8 million after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses payable by Overland, assuming no exercise of the overallotment option.

China BAK Battery (Nasdaq: CBAK) 9.8% HIGHER; not hearing any company-specific news. The stock is up more than 30 percent this week.

The Wet Seal, Inc. (NASDAQ: WTSLA) 9.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.01, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $163.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $165.5 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.02-$0.04, versus the consensus of $0.05. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $148-$150 million, versus the consensus of $154 million.

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) 8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.59), $0.33 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.26). Revenue for the quarter came in at $254.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $337.3 million. Home deliveries were up 21 percent to 1,150, net orders totaled 1,197, down 8 percent.
