Bacterin International Holdings (NYSE: BONE) 11% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.11), $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $9.5 million.
Layne Christensen (Nasdaq: LAYN) 10.6% LOWER; sees non-cash after-tax charge during Q4 of $70-$80 million. Genesis Energy, L.P. (NYSE: GEL) 3.9% LOWER; today announced the commencement of a registered underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests. The underwriters are expected to be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional common units from us.

Accenture sees FY2012 EPS of $3.82-$3.90, versus the consensus of $3.82. Raises its FY12 sales outlook from up 7-10% to up 10-12%.
