Cantor Fitzgerald initiates coverage on HCA Holdings (NYSE: HCA) with a Buy. PT $30.00.

Analyst, Joseph D. France, said, "Already the largest and most profitable of the hospital industry's public chains, the company's earnings are accelerating, but its EV/EBITDA is only one point better than the industry, and nearly 20% below the average for the past five years. The group is depressed by weak demand and uncertainty about the outlook for health care reform, but we believe there is more upside than downside for utilization, and should reform come undone we do not see this as a negative."

"Management is well-known and highly regarded, and we believe it is in a position to capitalize on the economic pressures that are pushing larger hospitals, local governments and not-forprofit systems to look for new partners."
