KeyBanc initiates coverage on Teavana Holdings (NYSE: TEA) with a Buy. PT $28.00.

Analyst, Edward Yruma, said, "The Company’s 19% operating margin is one of the highest in our coverage universe. We believe the Company has continued margin expansion opportunity as the penetration of loose tea increases from store maturation. Also, our proprietary field work points to a unique performance management and compensation model; we think this helps institutionalize the highly consultative nature of the business. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the store’s “theater” differentiates it from other mall-based retailers, and we think evokes the best from our lifestyle-focused retailers (including lululemon athletica inc. (Nasdaq: LULU) and Zumiez Inc. (Nasdaq: ZUMZ)). We think this will drive 25%+ EPS growth for the next three to five years."
