Northeast Community Bancorp (NASDAQ: NECB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 6, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 3, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
