This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

52-Week High:
  • Dish Network (Nasdaq: DISH) high of $35.61. Dish ripping higher early as peer TiVo (Nasdaq: TIVO) and Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) dismissed lawsuits against one another. The company also received some positive comments from Deutsche Bank today, as the firm boosted its price target from $35 to $41.

  • Smith & Wesson Holding (Nasdaq: SWHC) high of $8.00. Smith & Wesson moving higher amid reports that peer Sturm Ruger is suspending new orders amid strong Q1 figures. Shares moved as 16 percent higher on the session.

  • lululemon athletica inc. (Nasdaq: LULU) high of $75.39. Lululemon moving higher following first-quarter 2012 numbers. Earnings came in at 51 cents per share on revs of $371.5 million, versus consensus views calling for revs of $362.2 million and EPS of 49 cents. For more color on the quarter, click here.

  • Sturm, Ruger & Co. (NYSE: RGR) high of $47.90. Sturm Ruger moving to the upside as ir reported suspension of new order acceptance due to strong first-quarter results. The stock is up 13 percent on the session.
52-Week Low:
  • Eldorado Gold Corp. (NYSE: EGO) low of $13.02. Eldorado Gold and its peers lower as gold continues lower with investors preferring a risk trade on continued economic recovery. Further, the stronger dollar on initial jobless claims data is pressuring gold prices. With more Americans in jobs, there's less likely the change of the Fed implementing further easing and diluting the dollar.

  • IAMGOLD Corp. (NYSE: IAG) low of $12.88. Sees Eldorado above. Shares moved nearly 4 percent lower on the session.
