Shares of Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) have pushed below the $34 level Wednesday afternoon following a mid-day downgrade from Morgan Stanley. The firm now rates the stock an Equalweight, down from Overweight previously. A $45 price target was set.

With Halliburton shares now down 2.1 percent to $34.02, Morgan Stanley's price target implies potential upside of about 32 percent (despite the neutral-equivalent rating).
