Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 13, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 5, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 3, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
