Oracle (ORCL) Shares Tick Lower as Ellison's Q4 Sales Outlook Draws Red Flag

Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL) shares are trading lower as CEO Larry Ellison just gave some guidance on the company's conference call. After trading up about 3 percent just after the Q3 results were released, shares of Oracle are now up only about 0.5 percent to $30.30.

Ellison said he is looking for Q4 sales to be down 2 percent to up 2 percent and EPS in the range of 78-83 cents. The Street is currently looking for Q4 sales growth of 3 percent and EPS of 76 cents.
