Annaly Capital Management (NYSE: NLY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 26, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 13.7 percent.
