Revenue for the quarter came in at $185.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $186.11 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.40-$0.41, versus the consensus of $0.40. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $132-$133 million, versus the consensus of $128.9 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.46-$1.51, versus the consensus of $1.48. Sees FY2012 revenue of $629-$634 million, versus the consensus of $622.6 million.

DHT Holdings (NYSE: DHT) 6.4% LOWER; registered to sell 51.785 million shares of common stock and 258,929 shares of Series A Participating Preferred Stock.

Focus Media Holding Limited (NASDAQ: FMCN) 5.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.70, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $256.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $225.13 million. Sees Q1 2012 core revenues between $177-$179 million, versus the consensus of $183.47 million (may not be comparable).

Adobe Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBE) 4.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.57, ex-items, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.05 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.05 billion. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.57-$0.61, versus the consensus of $0.60. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $1.09-$1.14 billion, versus the consensus of $1.10 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.38-$2.48, versus the consensus of $2.42. Boosted its sales outlook from growth of 4-6% to 6-8%.

Regency Energy Partners LP (NYSE: RGP) 3.9% LOWER; announced today the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests in Regency.

Michael Kors (Nasdaq: KORS) 3.7% HIGHER; raised its Q4 EPS guidance from 10-12 cents to 14-16 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 13 cents. Sales will be around $350-$360 million, with gross margin in the range of 55.5-56.5%. Now expecting FY12 EPS of 79-81 cents, up from 74-76 cents previously and compared to the Street estimate of 67 cents. Sales will be around $1.27-$1.28 billion, vs. the consensus estimate of $1.28 billion.

Amerigon Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARGN) 2% LOWER; plans to offer shares of its common stock, no par value, in an underwritten public offering.

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) 1.8% HIGHER; sold off into the close on rumors the company will announce a secondary offering. The company has said these rumors are "untrue."
