UDR (UDR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.3% to $0.22; 3.4% Yield

UDR (NYSE: UDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 2.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.215.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 9, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 4, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
