This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

52-Week High:
  • Qualcomm (Nasdaq: QCOM) high of $67.00. Qualcomm up following positive sentiment surrounding Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) iPad sales. Though not officially stated, various tech blogs ripping apart Apple devices over the years have found Qualcomm chips and other wares.

  • Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) high of $59.85. Sands moving to a new high following the announcement of its Cotai property opening in early April. For more color, click here. Shares moved 5.7 percent to the new mark Monday.

  • Gap, Inc. (NYSE: GPS) high of $26.10. Earlier Monday, BMO Group boosted its rating on Gap from Market Perform to Outperform while raising its price target from $24 to $34.

  • Lions Gate Entertainment (NYSE: LGF) high of $14.50. Lions Gate moving higher ahead of the much-anticipated "The Hunger Games" movie on Friday, March 23rd. Shares moved as much as 9.7 percent on the session.
52-Week Low:
  • Cardiome Pharma (Nasdaq: CRME) low of $0.86. Ahead of the bell Monday, Merck (NYSE: MRK) communicated to Cardiome their decision to discontinue further development of the oral formulation of vernakalant.
