W.P. Carey & Co (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.565 per share, or $2.26 annualized. This is a 0.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.563.

The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.9 percent.
