Resource Capital (RSO) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.20; 13.9% Yield

Resource Capital (NYSE: RSO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 20% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on April 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 13.9 percent.
