Barrington Research downgraded U.S. Auto Parts Network (NASDAQ: PRTS) to Market Perform.

Analyst, Gary Prestopino, said, "We are moving to the sidelines on PRTS based on this new element of price competition in the market, as we wait to see if gross margins can remain in the 30% range in 2012 and that the company can begin to show revenue growth during the back half of the year."

"We are adjusting our 2012 EPS estimate to ($0.02) from $0.11 and initiating a 2013 EPS estimate of $0.06. Our 2012 adjusted EBITDA estimate has been lowered to $17.3 million from $24.0 million. We initiated a 2013 adjusted EBITDA estimate of $22.3 million."
