Shares of EnerNOC, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENOC) tapped a 52-wk low yesterday ($7.11), but bounced and continue higher today....last trade $7.42 up $0.26 (+3.63%).

The stock has fallen 35% since the beginning of the year and shares were downgraded by two Wall Street firms (Needham & Capstone) at the end of February when the Company reported a smaller-than-expected loss, but guided below.

On Feb. 27. ENOC said it sees Q1 2012 EPS of $-0.96-$-1.16, versus the consensus of $-0.76. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $22-$30 million, versus the consensus of $35.02 million.

EnerNOC, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $-1.00-$-1.60, versus the consensus of $-1.19. EnerNOC, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $240-$280 million, versus the consensus of $270.9 million.

Capstone yelled 'mercy' and must feel shares have hit a bottom, deciding to upgrade shares from Sell to Hold.
