Associated Estates Realty (AEC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.9% to $0.18; 4.6% Yield

Associated Estates Realty (NYSE: AEC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on May 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 11, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 9, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
