Shares of 21Vianet Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNET) are trading down 2.1% after last night's Q4 earnings report of $0.12 on revenues of $50.6 million.

This mornings, Stifel Nicolaus initiated coverage on VNET with a Buy rating and $16 price target.

Also, today, Barclays raised 2012 revenue estimates by 11% to RMB1.53 bln and adjusted EBITDA by 2.7% to RMB315 mln.

Barclays analyst, James M. Ratcliffe, said, "We are meaningfully raising our revenue expectations for Managed Network Services, due largely to 4Q11 outperformance by Guangzhou Gehua, which was acquired by 21Vianet in October 2011. We are also raising our expectations for 2012E hosting revenues to RMB931MM, up 51.5% YoY, reflecting faster than expected capacity deployment. Our YE 2012E cabinet forecast is now 13K, up from 11.4k, previously, and up 66% YoY."

However, Ratcliffe maintains an 'Equalweight' rating and $15 price target, citing broader macro concerns.
