Jefferies reiterates a 'Hold' on rue21, inc. (NASDAQ: RUE) price target of $27.00.

Analyst, Randal J. Konik, said, "RUE posted a 4Q beat as better margins more than offset a slightly weaker comp. The company also initiated a full year outlook roughly in line with the Street. Looking towards the longer term we like RUE’s overall market positioning, growth story and relevant business model. However, we see risk/reward balanced at current levels."
