BofA/Merrill Lynch upgraded Level 3 Communications (NASDAQ: LVLT) from Neutral to Buy with a $37.50 price target.
The firm said Level 3 has the best risk/reward in the space. As Level 3 is a show me story, quarterly results will have to drive shares higher. The firm cautions they may be early on the call. They also note the stock is the most polarizing in their coverage and generates among the highest interest from clients.
