Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.175 per share, or $0.7 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.3 percent.
