Kennedy-Wilson Holdings (KW) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.05; Yields 1.4%

Kennedy-Wilson Holdings (NYSE: KW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.04.

The dividend will be payable on April 6, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
