UPDATE - Williams Financial Group initiates coverage on D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) with a Buy. PT $17.50.
Analyst, David N. Williams, said, "We are modeling delivery and revenue growth of 12% and 15%, respectively...We believe the discipline the company has shown in land inventory management will continue to drive margin improvements and allow flexibility as market conditions turn. Impairments for ’11 were $45 million, 1.3% of revenue. 5.6 years of land supply based on FY12 estimated deliveries...Gross and SG&A margins outperform the group and we expect increased margin performance as the company works into the move-up buyer segment...We believe downside risk is limited to overall broader index performance, with upside potential outpacing the overall market."
