UPDATE - Williams Financial Group initiates coverage on Ryland Homes (NYSE: RYL) with a Buy. PT $23.50.
Analyst, David N. Williams, said, "We expect land acquisitions will accelerate as we move through the year but only as required to keep pace with market conditions...With fairly low debt leverage, a respectable cash balance and cash flows nearing break-even, the company’s balance sheet shouldn’t be particularly strained even if market conditions don’t materially improve in the year...RYL’s prior cost cutting measures should provide positive operating margins in 2012...Strong backlog and orders should drive 15% delivery and 19% revenue growth in 2012."
