Jefferies reiterates a 'Buy' on Guess (NYSE: GES) price target of $55.00.

Analyst, Randal J. Konik, said, "While 4Q results will not necessarily shine, we expect the quarter to demonstrate a few key positives: 1) North American margins are improving; 2) Europe business is stabilizing; and 3) inventory is under control. With Guess one of the cheapest global growth plays in specialty retail today, we would be aggressively buying shares."

"We forecast 4Q EPS of $1.06 vs. the Street at $1.05 and guidance of $1.03-$1.09. We expect N.A. comps down 2% as the company continues its less promotional strategy with a focus on profitability. We forecast 4Q op. margins down 120bps due to GM% pressure (50bps) and some expense de-leverage (70bps)."
