ShangPharma Corp. (NYSE: SHP) reported Q4 EPS of $0.21, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $31.8 million.

Sees FY2012 revenue of $131.7-$136.2 million, versus the consensus of $140.03 million.
