Dynegy Inc. (NYSE: DYN) 42.3% LOWER; today announced that it has received an executive summary of the report filed by the examiner appointed in the chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings for its wholly-owned subsidiary Dynegy Holdings LLC (DH) and four of DH’s subsidiaries. The report suggested Dynegy's transfer of coal assets was fraudulent. The report also said the company's Board took steps to benefit shareholders.

Coffee Holding Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: JVA) 31.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $56.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $43 million.

Quest Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: QSFT) 23.6% HIGHER; has entered into definitive agreements with affiliates of Insight Venture Partners, under which stockholders not affiliated with the buyout group would receive $23.00 per share in cash.

Homeowners Choice (NASDAQ: HCII) 22.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.62, versus $0.27 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $36.9 million, versus $17.1 million reported last year.

Aastrom Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASTM) 22.4% HIGHER; today announced that it has completed a $40 million private placement with Eastern Capital Limited. At closing, Aastrom issued approximately 12,300 shares of Series B convertible preferred stock to Eastern Capital at a price of $3,250 per share. The shares will accrue dividends at a rate of 11.5% per annum during the 5-year term.

Smith & Wesson Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: SWHC) 21.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.08, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $98.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $95.24 million. Sees Q4 sales of $113-$118 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $114 million. Raises its FY12 sales guidance to $395-$400 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $393.1 million.

Verso Paper (NYSE: VRS) 17.6% HIGHER; although the stock closed up a whopping 68 percent yesterday, shares had been up as much as 160 percent from Wednesday's close. Shares are pushing nicely back over the $2 level and 200-day SMA this morning.

Green Mountain (Nasdaq: GMCR) 15.5% LOWER; shares slammed as Starbucks announced Verismo, a new Premium Single Cup Solution for At-Home Espresso and Coffee Beverages.

Zogenix, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZGNX) 14.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.36), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.34). Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $10.03 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $45.5-$48.5 million, versus the consensus of $64.9 million.

Denison Mines Corp. (NYSE: DNN) 11.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.17), $0.12 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $36 million, versus $39.2 million reported last year.

Complete Genomics, Inc. (NASDAQ: GNOM) 9.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.67), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.65). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $3.15 million. Sees sequencing 1,100-1,300 genomes during Q1.
