KeyBanc reiterates a 'Buy' on Kraton Performance Polymers (NYSE: KRA) price target lowered from $41 to $38.

KeyBanc analyst said, "Following recent weakness in the stock, a good outlook for 2012 and an attractive valuation, we are reiterating our rating on shares of Kraton. We believe that our thesis from our recent upgrade remains largely intact, in which we see valuation at attractive levels, butadiene prices set to continue to march higher, which tends to be favorable for earnings, and see operating margins returning to specialty levels despite volatile raw materials. Additionally, we believe that volume can see some growth in 2012 despite the crosswinds of the economic environment. We still see attractive upside to our price target to $38." (KeyBanc lowers FY12 EPS estimate from $3.25 to $3.00)
