First Bancorp (FBNC) Approves Quarterly Dividend of $0.08; 3.2% Yield

First Bancorp (NASDAQ: FBNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
