UBS reiterates a 'Buy' on MarkWest Energy (NYSE: MWE) price target raised from $60 to $65.

UBS analyst says, "We reiterate our rating and raise our PT on MWE units as we continue to expect significant growth in the Marcellus in 2012, with Utica development beginning to contribute in late 2013. In MWE’s Marcellus Liberty segment, processing capacity alone should almost triple by YE13 to 1.7 Bcf/d. While we would like to see greater hedged commodity exposure for 2012 (now at 65%) given volatile prices and substantial non-fee-based business, we believe MWE’s project development will continue to drive double-digit distribution growth."

(UBS slightly lowers FY12 EPS estimate from $2.84 to $2.71 and FY13 from $3.24 to $3.08)
