Ceco Environmental Corp (CECE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 40% to $0.035; 1.9% Yield

Ceco Environmental Corp (NASDAQ: CECE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.035 per share, or $0.14 annualized. This is a 40% increase from the prior dividend of $0.025.

The dividend will be payable on March 30, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 20, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 16, 2012. The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.

CEO ,Jeff Lang, stated, "With our record profits and cash flow achieved in 2011, we are confident in the long term financial strength and growth prospects for CECO. We believe the increased dividend provides value for our current shareholders and is also attractive to new shareholders."
