Green Mountain (Nasdaq: GMCR) 16.5% LOWER; shares slammed as Starbucks announced Verismo, a new Premium Single Cup Solution for At-Home Espresso and Coffee Beverages.

Zogenix, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZGNX) 14% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.36), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.34). Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $10.03 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $45.5-$48.5 million, versus the consensus of $64.9 million.

WuXi PharmaTech (NYSE: WX) 5.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.36, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $108.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $106.87 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $468-$488 million, versus the consensus of $464.6 million. Heckmann (NYSE: HEK) 5% LOWER; reported Q4 loss of $2.48 million, compared to a gain of $279,000 during the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $51.67 million versus the consensus estimate of $53.98 million.

Cooper Cos. (NYSE: COO) 3.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.12, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $1.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $326.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $317.15 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $4.90-$5.15, versus prior guidance of $4.80-$5.00 and the consensus of $4.95.

Renren (NYSE: RENN) 2.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.4, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02.
